Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (Clinical specialty)
- LMSW‑Clinical license in Michigan
- 2 years of clinical experience with adults, children/adolescents, or both
- Private practice experience preferred
- Strong treatment planning and clinical decision‑making skills
- Organized, reliable, and consistent with documentation and scheduling
- Ability to build and sustain a stable caseload with practice support
Schedule & Compensation
- Choose 32 or 40 hours per week
- No evenings or weekends required
- $70,000–$90,000 annually, based on schedule and experience
- $2,000 sign‑on bonus (50% at 6 months, 50% at 12 months; contingent on caseload stability and performance)
