This position is essential to our mission of fostering a caring community and empowering adults to reach their full potential. Direct Care Associates work across a variety of programs for adults, including developmental disability residential and day programs, Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF), adult mental health residential programs, and residential substance use programs serving non-pregnant women, pregnant women, and recently postpartum women and their infants.
By providing individualized, compassionate care, Direct Care Associates help promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being for the adults we serve. You will assist with daily living activities, provide emotional and behavioral support, follow individualized service plans, and contribute to a safe, positive environment for all program participants.
**Minimum Qualifications**
Part-time positions are available with morning, afternoon/evening, overnight, and weekend shifts-offering flexibility for those balancing work, school, or other commitments.

- At least one year of direct care experience with adults with developmental disabilities, mental illness, or substance use disorders
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Patience, reliability, and a genuine commitment to helping others
