We are hiring a Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to run care operations inside a high-performance assisted living community.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Running caregiver schedules (no gaps, no chaos)
- Managing and training care staff
- Ensuring top-tier resident care daily
- Auditing medication carts compliance
- Communicating with families (high trust, no surprises)
- Hiring, coaching, and firing staff when needed

Compensation
- $50,000 – $60,000 base

Requirements (Strict)
- CNA MedTech CPR Certified
- 3 years assisted living experience
- MUST have managed staff before
