This position's primary function is to safely maintain saws and machine centers.
Work Schedule Monday-Thursday (Swing shift) 4pm to 230am, flexible as needed.
Wage $38.19 per hour ($79,435 per year before any shift differentials, overtime and production bonuses). Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals.

- Sharpening Round Saws.
- Sharpening Band Saws
- Stelite tipping, side dressing and profiling saws.
- Pouring and grinding babbitt guides
- Grinding band mill guides.
- Helping to change saws where needed on all saw machine centers
- Help with preventative maintenance program on all machine centers as they relate to saw performance.
- Benching Round and Band Saws
- Welding cracked saws
- Maintaining all machine center lube systems so that saws are protected.
- Lining up and leveling up all sawing machine centers.
- Perform preventative maintenance and maintain appropriate checklist.
- Work overtime as required.
- Three years minimum experience benching Saws.
- Three years minimum experience Fitting, Tipping, and Side grinding.
