Now hiring Assistant General Manager:
Mininum of 40 hours per week plus overtime hours.
Must be willing to work any day including weekends.
Must be able to help cover all SHIFTS with the Front Desk Manager.
Must be knowledgeable of ONQ HILTON computer system.
Must have prior hotel experience of at least 1 year of any hotel brand, especially Hampton.
Must be willing to do the following:
Check in guests
Check out guests
Daily paperwork
Ensure Front Desk is clean, neat, and tidy. All supplies are stocked and ready
Train, supervise, and help assist General Manager in anyway possible
Schedule shifts
Help cross train and help in laundry and housekeeping if needed
Handle complaints, hotel issues, and all paperwork aspects set by General Manager and Owner
Must be knowledgeable of ONQ including SALT, Guest Assistance, and Lobby
Ensure company policies and security
Must be NEAT, CLEAN, AND WILLING TO HELP OTHERS OUT
Must be willing to help anywhere including Breakfast, Housekeeping, Light Maintenance, and Front Desk.
You are the KEY employee at this hotel. YOU are the backbone of the hotel and will help out any way possible.
FULL TIME JOB
This job entails a great deal of time at the hotel, the AGM is the go to person for all TEAM MEMBERS..
You will set up monthly meetings with TEAM.
You will sit with ownership to see our performances, goals for month, and Team Member Evaluations..
The AGM is RESPONSIBLE for keeping this hotel running on a HIGH LEVEL.
