Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that all assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is crucial in providing a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests or residents, contributing to their overall satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas.
• Carry out floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Ensure all bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and clean.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures to maintain cleanliness.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing according to health regulations.
• Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is desirable but not mandatory.
