- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all guest rooms, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Conduct repairs including welding, electrical wiring, and mechanical adjustments to restore equipment to optimal working condition.
- Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot automation systems and improve process efficiency.
- Assist with residential painting projects and general facilities maintenance tasks to support building upkeep.
- Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks.
- Supervise or assist with team activities when needed, demonstrating leadership in safety protocols and best practices for manufacturing environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including experience with wiring, troubleshooting circuits, and using testing tools like ohmmeters.
- Skilled in welding techniques suitable for industrial repairs and fabrication tasks.
