Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks .
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and addressing concerns
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to understand schematics
- Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques
- Experience in facilities maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Leadership skills to oversee maintenance projects and coordinate with other team members
- Fluency in English for effective communication and documentation purposes
- Knowledge of logic controllers for troubleshooting electrical systems
