Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities
- Vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Respond to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts
- Reliable and punctual
