Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Assist customers with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints with a positive attitude.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on client requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry tools and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Process transactions accurately, including cash handling when necessary, and ensure proper documentation of all activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service procedures, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and effective communication to build rapport with diverse clients.

Requirements

  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is essential along with proficiency in additional languages.
  • Prior experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across various channels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks.
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is a plus.
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions efficiently.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality and security standards.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is preferred for efficient data entry.
