Join the team at Home2 Suites as a Breakfast Attendant, where you'll play a vital role in providing our guests with a welcoming and enjoyable breakfast experience. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring food safety, guest satisfaction, and efficient service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. Previous experience in hospitality, food preparation, or customer service is preferred but not required. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy engaging with guests to make their stay memorable. Shifts range from 5:30am-10:30am Mon-Fri, and 6am-11am on weekends. We are currently seeking 5 days a week, weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast items according to hotel standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Restock supplies such as utensils, condiments, and food items to ensure smooth operation throughout the shift.
• Assist guests with inquiries about breakfast offerings and accommodate special dietary needs when possible.
• Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times, including proper handling and storage of food items.
• Clear tables and bussing to maintain a tidy dining environment.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest services and uphold hotel standards.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of food preparation, safety procedures, and cleaning protocols.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness.
• Friendly attitude with a focus on guest relations and customer service excellence.
