Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using established protocols.
- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Assist with laundry duties such as sorting, washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas like lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces with attention to detail.
- Support housekeeping management by restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily cleaning schedules and special requests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
- Prior hotel or industrial cleaning experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards with a focus on guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
