Come join our award-winning team as a Maintenance Assistant Worker at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Orem. If you're friendly, and have a working knowledge of general handyman skills to include use of small tools, painting, simple electrical, etc., then we want to talk to you! This position is full-time. This job would be 5 days/week, some weekends may be included.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (lifting above the shoulder is also required).
- Must be personable and be able to relate well to hotel guests and co-workers.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, stoop, bend and lift objects throughout an 8 hour day as needed and have overall good health.
Performance Expectations
- Responds promptly to guests’ needs with an interest and concern in satisfying every guest.
- Perform basic maintenance of the building, such as painting, simple electrical, simple plumbing, carpet cleaning, etc.
- Have a good working knowledge of hand tools, and power tools is needed.
- Other duties as directed by the Chief Engineer over maintenance.
- Ensures the hotel provides a welcoming experience through a clean and well-maintained property.
