Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Ensure all housekeeping supplies are stocked and organized.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with guests and staff.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required for cleaning duties.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
