Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality services. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency during the night shift.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Perform night audit duties including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises
- Assist with reservations, billing, and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service preferred
- Multilingual skills are a plus to assist guests from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
- Ability to work efficiently during night shifts in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
