Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-maintained.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
- Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens to maintain hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Assist with commercial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to implement best practices in cleaning protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in commercial settings.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
