Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Weekend Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. This is a part-time position for every Friday and Saturday from 11pm-7am.

As a Night Auditor, you’ll be the first line of support during the quiet hours, managing front desk responsibilities, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring the property’s smooth nighttime functioning. Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in PEP management systems.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism, utilizing multi-line phone systems and hospitality reservation systems to assist guests efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Support front desk operations during overnight hours by handling reservations, cancellations, and guest communications with courteous phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with hotel management to address guest relations issues and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel operations or front desk roles.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable software.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication over multi-line phone systems.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations strategies, and hospitality reservation processes.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure.
- Previous resort experience or familiarity with hotel management in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
