Duties
- Set up breakfast stations with fresh food, beverages, and condiments, ensuring everything is appealing and well-stocked throughout service
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and beverages, following food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, buffet stations, kitchen equipment, and service areas by cleaning tables, utensils, and surfaces regularly
- Assist with food handling and meal preparation tasks to support the culinary team in delivering quality offerings
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, answer questions about menu options, and provide friendly guest relations to enhance their experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality roles such as host/hostess or banquet server is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Ability to perform light cleaning duties, bussing tables, and assisting with meal preparation as needed
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food allergy awareness to ensure guest safety
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads during setup and service
