Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet hotel standards.
- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Replace linens, towels, and toiletries in guest rooms as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness in storage areas and ensure cleaning supplies are stocked appropriately.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing friendly service to guests during interactions.
Requirements
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; a background in hospitality is a plus.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment used in industrial or custodial settings.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established cleaning protocols.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Physical stamina to perform various cleaning tasks throughout the day, including lifting and moving items when necessary.
