Part-time Barista

We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join us as Starbucks Baristas at our Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown Kansas City Crossroads hotel. As a Barista, you will play a key role in providing excellent service, crafting delicious beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and creating a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other tools.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the beverage preparation area, customer seating, and restroom facilities.
  
  

Skills Education And Experience

• Experience in a food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
• Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
• Must be able to work weekends.
