We’re hiring an Engineer – Preventative Maintenance to join our team. If you’re hands-on, reliable, and looking to grow your maintenance skills in a supportive environment — we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
As an Engineer – Preventative Maintenance, you will:
- Perform scheduled maintenance rounds across hotel property
- Inspect and service building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
- Document work completed, log service records, and report potential issues
- Ensure all equipment meets safety, brand, and compliance standards
- Support guest satisfaction by maintaining a safe and functional environment
- Collaborate with Engineering Lead or Supervisor and support overall department needs
What You Bring
- Basic background in general maintenance, building operations, or facilities
- Willingness to follow preventative maintenance checklists and procedures
- Attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs, walk the property, and carry tools/equipment
- Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, but not required
