Part Time Night Auditor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at a family-friendly hotel in Brownsburg, IN. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with the hotel team and the hotel's guests.

Duties

• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills.
• Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and team members.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
• Work with a very diverse team
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel operations or as a Night Auditor is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
