Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays and replenishing items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Assist guests with dietary needs or special requests, providing friendly and attentive service
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely service
- Monitor buffet areas for cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring an inviting environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and practices in the food industry
- Experience with food preparation, serving, or as a dietary aide is beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is advantageous
