Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, offices, hallways, restrooms, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Conduct janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to maintain a pristine environment.
- Assist with custodial responsibilities like window washing, surface cleaning, and furniture polishing to enhance overall appearance.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed for fixtures, lighting, or equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Execute industrial cleaning tasks when required for larger or specialized areas requiring heavy-duty cleaning methods.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in both residential and commercial settings while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Prior porter experience or background in facilities upkeep is advantageous.
