We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Hampton by Hilton. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the facility's systems and ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff. All big jobs are outsourced. Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and hvac knowledge for PTAC units. Rate of pay will be based upon experience and interview. Great working atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff to ensure a high level of service.
- Conduct inspections of the property to identify potential issues before they become problems.
- Assist in the fabrication of parts or components as needed for repairs.
- Supervise outside contractors during maintenance projects as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
- Ability to use tools and equipment effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
