Compensation:$17 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Some of the responsibilities of the Guest Services Representative are:
- Welcoming Guests: Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Providing Information: Offering details about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handling Reservations: Managing bookings, cancellations, and special requests.
- Maintaining a Professional Atmosphere: Ensuring the front desk and lobby area remain clean, organized, and inviting!
Qualifications:
- Must be able to communicate effectively among the Front Desk department, as well as Housekeeping and Maintenance, to ensure the smooth operation of everyday business.
- Prior hotel experience preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right person!
- Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the company handbook and/or rules implemented by property management.
- Reliable transportation is a must, and weekend availability is as well.
- Willingness to cross-train into other departments to help keep our guests happy!
- Knowledge of the area, local attractions, and events is ideal.
- Punctuality and reliable attendance for your shifts are crucial.
- Please note that this position is part-time/temporary, with a possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
