Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and providing exceptional guest experiences.
Start time is 9am until 5pm. There are days you may finish earlier.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room amenities
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all assigned areas
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Assist with guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
