Front Desk Associate
Location: Hampton Inn & Suites Detroit Canton
Shift: Monday- Sunday 7am - 3pm & 3pm - 11pm

Hampton Inn & Suites Canton is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team.

Hotel experience is a plus, but not required, we’re happy to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in/check out guests efficiently and professionally
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby environment
  • Ensure accurate billing and processing of payments

Qualifications:

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Positive attitude with a strong guest-focused mindset

Pay: Starting at $15.00/hr
Benefits: Employee hotel discounts, paid time off
