We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Weekend Housekeepers to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas during weekend shifts. Your dedication to hospitality and cleanliness will contribute directly to guest satisfaction and the reputation of our property. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals with janitorial, custodial, or hospitality experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Use proper cleaning equipment and techniques for floor care and industrial cleaning tasks
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during weekends to uphold high standards
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or custodial standards is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
