Guest Service / Front Desk Agent – Hampton Inn & Suites Murrieta Temecula
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Hampton Inn & Suites Murrieta Temecula is currently seeking a dependable, professional, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
This position is primarily scheduled for the 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift, but open availability is required. Candidates must be willing and able to work AM, PM, weekends, holidays, and Night Audit (overnight) shifts as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hotel front desk experience required
- Hilton experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Must have open availability for all shifts, including overnight Night Audit when needed
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with exceptional hospitality
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow Hilton brand standards and hotel policies
