Join our vibrant team as a Part-Time Breakfast Attendant, working early morning shifts from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM, two days per week. Duties
- Prepare and assemble breakfast dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Serve food and beverages to guests with friendly, attentive customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations by following food safety sanitizing procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, toasters, coffee machines, and POS systems for processing transactions
- Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling techniques and adhering to hygiene protocols
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and plating items
- Support cleaning routines including dishwashing, surface sanitizing, and waste disposal to ensure a hygienic environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred; fine dining experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures required
- Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling and operating kitchen equipment confidently
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage in in-person interactions positively
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures necessary for efficient service
- Ability to work early mornings consistently on scheduled days (2 days per week) from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction
