We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team in a dynamic hospitality environment. Duties
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure smooth daily operations, including scheduling and training new employees.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy, fostering positive guest relations.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information.
- Oversee the night audit process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively while providing excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area that reflects the hotel's standards of hospitality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures.
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems.
- Previous experience in resort settings is a plus, along with knowledge of guest relations best practices.
