The Maintenance Technician is a position of importance with-in the hotel due to the main responsibilities as listed below:
Core Qualifications
· Considerable experience in general maintenance
· Superior knowledge of air conditioners and refrigeration units
· Exceptional facility with carpentry, painting, plumbing, and masonry
· Strong proficiency with HVAC electrical and mechanical systems
· High skills in troubleshooting electrical equipment issues
· General plumbing maintenance
· Fire and Sprinkler systems experience
· CPO certification or Pool/Spa experience
· Excellent ability to interpret documented safety rules
· Outstanding ability to adhere to safety instruction procedures and policies
