Guest Service Agent- Night shift

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Must have flexibility in your schedule, this is for 3p-11p ( 2 days), and 11p-7a (2 days)Days of will vary week to week.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and professionally
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
• Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations promptly
• Address guest concerns or requests with a positive attitude, resolving issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction
• Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are fully met
• Maintain guest relations by fostering a welcoming environment and ensuring all interactions reflect our hospitality standards

Skills

• Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with a broad range of guests
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for seamless operations
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and guest services in a resort or hotel environment
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
