Job Summary

Checking in guests during peak hours, showing that classic “customer service” smile, and always having fun with this awesome team is what we want from you. We want to help answer guest questions and make their stay as enjoyable as we possibly can. If you are a people kind of person, then we want you for this position.
These are 8 hour shifts that range from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all standards are being applied by all staff members.
- Address all guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete
- Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
- Have knowledge of surrounding area, be responsible for security of guests, fellow employees and hotel assets
- Perform any other required duties as requested by the General Manager to aid in better operation of the hotel, and service to the guests.
- Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and person, have good telephone skills, and patience and understanding for every person that is encountered
Qualifications:
- Highly organized.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written, and have an outgoing personality.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, be honest and work well with others
- Must have good cash handling skills, able to make change
- Must be able to Stand/walk on feet for 8 hours and work in a restrictive space/environment
- Must possess basic computer skills.
