Job Overview

We are seeking an hands on, energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hotel operations with enthusiasm and strategic vision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel management, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance. Your leadership will inspire teams, optimize revenue, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Lead and supervise hospitality teams to foster a positive work environment focused on exceptional guest service.
• Manage hospitality operations budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with hotel management standards, property management systems (PMS), and guest service protocols.
• Develop and implement human resources policies, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
• Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with departments on marketing efforts, special events, and operational improvements to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience overseeing hospitality operations with supervisory or managerial responsibilities in a hotel or resort setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills in managerial communication and customer service etiquette; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, budgeting, financial operations, and hospitality reservation systems (such as property management systems).
• Knowledge of hotel guest service standards, front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, night audit procedures, and phone etiquette.
• Experience managing hospitality teams within a resort or large-scale hotel environment is preferred.
• Ability to handle human resources functions effectively while maintaining high standards for guest relations and property management.
