The Hampton Inn Santa Cruz is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily hotel operations and elevate the guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee Front Desk and Housekeeping operations for smooth, efficient service
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet brand standards
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Manage scheduling, productivity, and quality control
- Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service excellence throughout the property
- Support training, onboarding, and staff performance
What We’re Looking For
- Supervisory and customer service experience
- Strong leadership with a team-first mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays)
- Familiarity with hotel systems is preferred
- Bi-lingual a plus!
