The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, bar, sauna, fitness center, pool area, and hotel guestroom preventative maintenance. Additionally, the technician assists with the repairs and maintenance of hotel equipment, including mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps and motors.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with pool, sauna, and fitness center maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed for urgent maintenance needs.
- Maintain mechanical areas and tools in a clean and orderly condition.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of public spaces through daily inspections.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with tools and equipment, as well as basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Availability for on-call hours, including weekends.
