Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest relations within the hotel environment. Our business is a 24 hour, 7 day a week business. You are required to be available and able to work all 3 shifts, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and night audit procedures is advantageous.
• A passion for providing outstanding hospitality experiences to guests.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
