Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This position is for 2nd shift, 3pm to 11pm.
Duties:
- Greet and check-in/out guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Assist with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
