Duties

• Prepare and maintain breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and meet food safety standards
• Serve breakfast items efficiently and courteously to guests, providing friendly and attentive customer service
• Set up and replenish buffet displays, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout service hours
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and garnishing to enhance presentation quality
• Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests, accommodating guests’ needs with professionalism and care
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies
• Support catering or banquet setups for special events or large groups as needed

Experience

• Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly preferred
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Experience serving in restaurants, catering events, or banquet settings is advantageous
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential
• Background in hospitality or dietary aide roles adds valuable insight into guest needs
• Barista experience or familiarity with food industry standards enhances your ability to deliver quality service
