We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper and Laundry Worker. This dual-role position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry operations to ensure fresh linens and towels are available at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
- Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels.
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Follow health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests when needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and laundry tasks.
