Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including hotels and residential settings. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in accordance with established standards.
• Conduct floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure all surfaces are spotless.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented for guests or residents.
• Sanitize high-touch areas to maintain a hygienic environment for all occupants.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Assist with light cooking duties as needed, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.

Skills

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to launder items efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
