Join our team as a Part-Time Housekeeper, working year-round to deliver exceptional cleanliness and comfort to our guests. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and sanitizing surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces in accordance with hotel standards
• Handle chemical agents safely by following safety data sheets (SDS) and proper handling procedures
• Use janitorial equipment effectively for floor care, including mops, buffers, vacuums, and other cleaning tools
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to linen carts or cleaning supplies while adhering to manual handling safety guidelines
• Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly and accurately in case of incidents or safety concerns
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries politely and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay

Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Ability to handle chemical agents responsibly while maintaining safety protocols
• Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and team members
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety data sheets (SDS) is an advantage

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
