As a Breakfast Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering a warm, efficient, and enjoyable breakfast experience for our guests. You’ll assist with food stocking, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service in the breakfast area. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will help set the tone for a positive guest stay.
- Prepare and set up breakfast stations, including arranging food items and utensils to ensure an inviting presentation
- Assist with food handling, cooking, and meal preparation following safety standards and dietary guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment
- Buss tables promptly to keep the dining area tidy and organized
- Support guest service by answering questions courteously and providing friendly assistance
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills are highly valued
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Experience in catering, banquet service, or hospitality environments is beneficial
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness standards diligently
- Friendly demeanor with good phone etiquette and guest relations skills
