Breakfast Attendant

We are looking for a dependable, friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team! In this role, you will help our guests start their day with a welcoming atmosphere, a well-stocked complimentary breakfast buffet, and excellent service.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up the breakfast area and have all items ready before breakfast service begins.
- Prepare and replenish food, beverages, utensils, plates, and other breakfast supplies.
- Keep the buffet, dining tables, counters, and beverage stations clean and organized throughout service.
- Clear tables promptly and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and food preparation surfaces.
- Check breakfast equipment and service ware and report damage or maintenance needs to management.
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and address concerns in a friendly and timely manner.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage procedures.
- Clean and close the breakfast area after service and prepare supplies for the following day.
- Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
