As a pivotal member of our management team, you will lead the housekeeping department, ensuring our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction consistent with Hilton's values.Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including cleaning schedules for rooms, common areas, and conference facilities.Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring all team members are equipped for success.Perform quality checks and inspect rooms and public areas to ensure all spaces meet Hilton’s rigorous cleanliness standards.Manage and maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring budgetary guidelines are met.Collaborate with the maintenance department to coordinate room repairs and general upkeep.Resolve guest issues and complaints concerning housekeeping service and equipment in a timely and professional manner.Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures that improve efficiency and effectiveness.Prepare reports on activity, personnel, and information such as occupancy, cleaning costs, and department expenses.Qualifications:Previous experience in a housekeeping management role, ideally within the Hilton family of brands.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.Familiarity with housekeeping standards and cleaning techniques.Proficiency in managing budgets and cost controls.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We Offer:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k) plan.Opportunities for advancement within S3 Hotel Group.Dynamic work environment committed to employee growth and development.
