Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling standards
- Set up buffet stations and dining areas, ensuring all presentation aligns with quality expectations and hygiene protocols
- Greet guests warmly, provide attentive customer service, and respond promptly to their needs or dietary requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and portioning to support culinary staff when needed
- Operate POS systems efficiently for guest orders and transactions while managing weight handling in the workplace safely
- Follow all food safety management practices, including proper manual handling techniques and compliance with health regulations
Experience
- Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling practices is essential
- Experience with food preparation, catering, or banquet service will be advantageous
