Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas according to hotel standards
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned thoroughly within established timeframes
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond professionally to requests
- Create daily job lists and accurately document serviced rooms
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies in good working condition
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, shortages, or safety concerns
- Monitor and replenish consumable supplies as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, or related cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Customer-service-oriented attitude
- Professional, reliable, and motivated work ethic
- Basic English communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
