We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Assistant General Manager to lead our team. Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations
- Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Train new team members throughout the hotel including, front desk, pantry and housekeeping
- Support budgeting efforts by monitoring labor costs, sales targets, and operational expenses
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Assist in hiring, interviewing, and developing staff to foster a high-performing team
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training & development and team management
- Familiarity with POS systems such as PEP
- Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance
- Background in hospitality management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle shift management responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
